- Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
- We do not accept returns nor do refund. You can exchange your item/items for another item within De La Pra Ca boutique store.
- Condition: To be eligible for exchange, the shoes must be in their original, unworn condition and returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange that do not meet these criteria.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your shoes.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the shoes to ensure they are in the original condition. If the shoes show any signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
- Exchange: If the shoes meet the return criteria, you will be eligible for exchange for another item of the same cost if exceeding, customer pay for the remainder. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received.
