What is your return policy?

At De La Pra Ca Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your shoes, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
  • We do not accept returns nor do refund. You can exchange your item/items for another item within De La Pra Ca boutique store. 
     
  • Condition: To be eligible for exchange, the shoes must be in their original, unworn condition and returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange that do not meet these criteria.
     
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your shoes.
     
  • Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the shoes to ensure they are in the original condition. If the shoes show any signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
     
  • Exchange: If the shoes meet the return criteria, you will be eligible for exchange for another item of the same cost if exceeding, customer pay for the remainder. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received.

Please note that any shipping costs incurred for the original purchase are non-refundable.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at  delapracaboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center within 20 minutes of the order being completed. We can cancel an order at no charge if we are notified within 15 minutes of your order being placed. Please call us at 210 363 8669 between 8am-5pm Central Standard Time for immediate assistance. Emails will not guarantee order cancellations, as they are answered in the order they are received. Orders cannot be cancelled after this 15 minute window. Preorders and special orders cannot be cancelled as the funds have already been sent to our sales and logistic team to secure your shoes.

I entered the wrong shipping address. How do I update this?

You must contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order to update this info by emailing delapracaboutique@gmail.com or calling (210) 363-8669. Please include your name, order number, and the correct address for faster processing

How long will it take to get my order?

Estimated shipping dates are listed on the checkout product page. We will ship as soon as we receive your order on the website and you'll receive a tracking number via email. Ship dates are estimates and subject to change without notice.
