- We do not accept returns nor do refund. You can exchange your item/items for another item within De La Pra Ca boutique store.
- Condition: To be eligible for exchange, the shoes must be in their original, unworn condition and returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange that do not meet these criteria.
